Do I Qualify?

If you recently separated from the Army (any component) you were likely assigned to the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR). This can be verified on your DD214, NGB22, or your separation orders. If this date has not passed, you are likely able to join. The biggest benefit when separating from Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves is you have the opportunity to hand pick your job in the Reserves. Additionally, you will qualify for Tricare, Bonuses, and tuition assistance.
